Price and automatic renewal

All Access Membership costs $20 USD per month, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize House of Three Sixty and its payment provider to charge your selected payment method $20 at signup and automatically every month on the same billing date until you cancel. If a month does not contain that calendar date, the payment provider may process the renewal on its standard adjusted date.

Consent and confirmation

The recurring price, billing frequency, cancellation method, and refund terms are shown before payment. Completing checkout confirms your express agreement to those terms. Keep your payment receipt and membership confirmation for your records.

Cancellation and access

You may cancel at any time from the Manage Membership page after signing in. Cancellation is scheduled for your next payment date: no additional renewal charge will be made, and access continues through the billing period you already paid for. Access to the private catalog ends at the close of that period.

Refunds

Membership charges already processed are nonrefundable and are not prorated for unused time, except where required by law or when House of Three Sixty confirms a duplicate or unauthorized charge. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next renewal.

Opportunity disclaimer

Membership provides curated information and access tools. It does not guarantee selection, funding, employment, bookings, placement, awards, or acceptance by any third party. Opportunities, deadlines, eligibility, compensation, and availability may change or close without notice. Members must verify requirements on the official application source before applying.

Price or term changes

If the recurring price or a material membership term changes, notice will be provided before the change applies to a future billing cycle. You may cancel before the effective date.

Start a return within 14 days

To request a return, email houseofthreesixty@gmail.com within 14 calendar days after tracking shows delivery. Include your order number, item, and reason. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address before sending anything. Items sent without authorization or to a supplier or manufacturer may not be accepted.

Return condition

Approved preference, fit, or change-of-mind returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging. Items that show wear, use, damage after delivery, missing parts, odors, washing, or alteration may be denied or reduced where permitted by law.

Return shipping and refund timing

For preference, fit, or change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping and is responsible for using a trackable service. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing time may apply.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and defect or error. Do not discard the item or packaging while the claim is reviewed. When the issue is verified, House of Three Sixty will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return instructions at no additional return-shipping cost to you.

Lost or missing deliveries

If tracking has not updated or a package appears lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner. If the carrier confirms the shipment was lost before delivery, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If tracking says delivered, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us within 5 calendar days. A delivered scan does not automatically decide the claim; we will review the available delivery evidence. Orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer may require additional reshipping costs when recovery is possible.

Final-sale and nonreturnable items

Gift cards, digital products, event tickets, personalized or made-to-order goods, opened hygiene-sensitive goods, and items clearly marked “Final Sale” are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Shipping expectations

Processing and delivery estimates shown on product pages or at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Products may be fulfilled by different partners and arrive in separate packages. If an order cannot ship within the promised time—or within the legally required period when no time is stated—we will offer the choices required by applicable law, including cancellation and a prompt refund for unshipped merchandise.

Charge questions

Please contact us promptly if something is wrong with an order or charge so we can investigate with the payment processor, carrier, and fulfillment partner. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Using the site

By using this website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and the policy that applies to your transaction. You must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and account information and must be legally able to enter the transaction or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Orders

An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, delivery restriction, or inability to fulfill. Product color and appearance may vary slightly by screen and normal production variation.

Events

Unless the event listing says otherwise, event tickets are final sale. If House of Three Sixty cancels an event, the ticket price will be refunded to the original payment method. If an event is rescheduled or materially changed, we will communicate the available options required by applicable law and the stated event policy.

Intellectual property

House of Three Sixty names, logos, graphics, photographs, site copy, and original content may not be copied, sold, republished, or used commercially without written permission. Third-party names and opportunity information remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and responsibility

The site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Three Sixty is not responsible for third-party application decisions, changes, outages, or external websites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. Transactions remain subject to the version presented when they were completed, except for lawful changes communicated in advance. These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Georgia.

Information collected

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, shipping and billing details, order information, membership status, creative interests, messages, and account activity. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored directly by House of Three Sixty.

How information is used

We use information to process orders and memberships, provide account access, send receipts and service messages, deliver opportunity alerts you requested, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, improve the site, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

Information may be shared as needed with Wix and payment processors, fulfillment partners and suppliers, shipping carriers, email providers, hosting and analytics providers, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.

Marketing choices

Transactional messages about purchases, account security, billing, or cancellation may still be sent when necessary. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails and opportunity alerts through the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us. Canceling marketing email does not cancel a paid membership.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain transaction and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. No system is completely secure, but reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used.
